KitNewCare invites you to the Innovation Challenge for Sustainable Kidney Care on October 16, 2024, in Malmö, Sweden, as part of the 6th Nordic Conference on Sustainable Healthcare. This event will bring together healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and innovators to explore and create sustainable solutions in kidney care.

The Innovation Challenge (IC) represents a unique convergence of technology scouting, cross-sectoral engagement, and collaboration with industries outside of healthcare. The aim is to identify technologies and solutions from other sectors that, when adapted, can have a sustainability impact within the framework of KitNewCare.

Objectives of the innovation challenge

• Conduct a gap analysis to determine areas where new solutions can be developed using the matrix of identification and scouting.
• Facilitate a cross-sectoral working space to design innovations that do not yet exist on the market, contributing to the sustainability goals of KitNewCare.
• Generate a set of technologies to be piloted and tested in the next phase of the project.

This is a key opportunity for participants to gain insights into the systemic approach to kidney care, hear about state-of-the-art solutions for sustainability challenges, and connect with global leaders in healthcare sustainability.
